  • Stocks, Broths & Fats

    Derived from the high-pressure cooking of the meat adhering to edible beef, chicken, pork, turkey or lamb bones, our stocks and broths are ideal for adding flavor, protein – and a favorable label – to your product application. Additionally, we manufacture a number of frozen and shelf stable chicken fat and beef tallow products perfect for adding a creamy mouthfeel to soups, sauces and gravies.

  • Flavors, Extracts & Flavor Enhancer

    Developed by subjecting our stocks and broths to a Maillard reaction process, Proliant Meat Ingredients' flavors, extracts and flavor enhancer add dimension and richness to your product's flavor profile.

  • Functional Proteins

    Manufactured through a special protein extraction and drying process, our functional proteins are ideal for fresh and processed meats, including coarse ground, fermented, chunked and form and injected whole muscle applications. The addition of these unique, meat- and poultry-based proteins provides functional benefits such as purge reduction, improved sliceability, increased cook yield and improved shelf life.

  • Specialty Products

    At its manufacturing facility in Granollers, Spain, Proliant Meat Ingredients produces a number of specialty products which are marketed and sold in Europe, Latin America and Asia. These products are not presently being offered in the United States or Canada.
